To ensure the establishment of an existing or new discharge from a stormwater management facility, ceases to be or never becomes a significant drinking water threat, where this activity is, or would be, a significant drinking water threat, the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks shall prohibit this activity within the Environmental Compliance Approval process.

(PC-CW-1.13) Where the Source Protection Plan policies require a provincial ministry to prohibit an activity through the use of a Prescribed Instrument, the applicable ministry shall summarize the actions taken the previous year to implement the policies and shall provide a written report summarizing this information to the Source Protection Authority by February 1st of each year.
