Policy Text:

To ensure the existing and future application of pesticide and the handling and storage of pesticide, cease to be or never become significant drinking water threats, these activities are designated for the purposes of Section 58 of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and a Risk Management Plan is required.

Monitoring Text:

CH-CW-1.6: The Risk Management Official shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken by the Risk Management Official to implement the Source Protection Policies, in accordance with the Clean Water Act, 2006 and associated regulations.
