To ensure the:

Existing and future application of pesticides to land; and
Existing handling and storage of pesticide

cease to be or never become a significant drinking water threat, where such activities are, or would be, significant drinking water threats, these activities shall be designated for the purpose of Section 58 of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and a Risk Management Plan shall be required, except for residential properties.

GC-S-CW-1.9: The Risk Management Official shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken by the Risk
Management Official to implement the Source Protection Policies, in accordance with the Part IV of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and associated regulations.
