SSM-Planning-MP-1.1: City of Sault Ste. Marie shall report by February 1 of each year to the Source Protection Authority on the steps it has taken in the previous calendar year to implement the policies under the planning approach. To satisfy the provisions of s. 40 and 42 of the CWA, the SSM OP and zoning shall be updated in accordance with the provisions of s. 26 of the Planning Act. Decisions under the Planning Act and Condominium Act must conform to the SDWT policies and have regard to policies that address moderate and low threats when the plan takes effect.
