Although DNAPL threats are still identified the County believes that the outstanding threats are unlikely to require an RMP. County are still in the process of contacting these land owners.
Policy Text:
For any existing handling and storage of a dense non-aqueous phase liquid, on properties zoned for any other use than residential and/or environmental protection in the Area Municipal Zoning By-laws, where this activity is a significant drinking water threat, it shall be designated for the purpose of Section 58 of the Clean Water Act and a Risk Management Plan shall be required to manage the activity so that it ceases to be a significant drinking water threat.

OC-5.03: The Risk Management Official shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions
taken by the Risk Management Official to implement the Source Protection Plan policies, in accordance with the Clean Water Act and associated regulations.
