For the purpose of section 43(2) of the Clean Water Act, 2006, the prescribed instrument policies must be implemented within three years from the date that the Source Protection Plan comes into full force and effect. For new vulnerable areas and new threat activities added to the plan through amendments, the timelines are from the Effective Date of the most recent amendment.
