Effective Date for RMP Policies: For the purpose of section 58(3) of the Clean Water Act, 2006, risk management plans must be established within five years from the date the Source Protection Plan comes into full force and effect. For new vulnerable areas and new threat activities added to the plan through amendments, risk management plans must be established within five years of the Effective Date of the most recent amendment.
