To ensure that the existing or future handling and storage of nitrogen-based commercial fertilizer as defined in O.Reg. 267/03, under the Nutrient Management Act ceases to be or never becomes a significant drinking water threat, where this activity is, or would be, a significant drinking water threat in Wellhead Protection Area A where the vulnerability is equal to ten (10), this activity shall be designated for the purpose of Section 57 of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and is therefore prohibited.

EC-CW-1.11: The Risk Management Official shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken to implement the Source Protection Plan policies, in accordance with the Clean Water Act, 2006 and associated regulations.
