To ensure that any existing or future handling and storage of commercial nitrogen-based fertilizer as defined in O.Reg. 267/03, under the Nutrient Management Act ceases to be a significant drinking water threat, where this activity is a significant drinking water threat in an Issue Contributing Area where the vulnerability is equal to eight (8), this activity shall be designated for the purpose of Section 58 of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and a Risk Management Plan shall be required.

EC-CW-1.11: The Risk Management Official shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken to implement the Source Protection Plan policies, in accordance with the Clean Water Act, 2006 and associated regulations.
