To ensure any Future Handling and Storage of Fuel greater than 6,000 litres never becomes a significant drinking water threat, where this activity would be a significant drinking water threat as per the threshold determined by the modeling in the Municipality of Central Elgin in the Elgin Area Primary Water Supply Intake Protection Zones within the areas identified in Schedule B, this Future activity is designated for the purpose of Section 57 of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and therefore prohibited. 

KCSPA-CW-1.9: The Risk Management Official shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken to implement the Source Protection Plan, in accordance with the Clean Water Act, 2006.
