To ensure any New handling and storage of pesticide threat circumstances, where the total mass of all materials stored that contain a pesticide prescribed under the Clean Water Act, 2006, in any form, including liquid or solid, is more than 2500 kilograms, never becomes a significant drinking water threat, where this activity would be a significant drinking water threat, this activity shall be designated for the purpose of Section 57 of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and shall be prohibited.

OC-CC-CW-1.10: The Risk Management Official shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken by the Risk Management Official to implement the Source Protection Plan, in accordance with the Clean Water Act, 2006.
