In accordance with Section 22 (7) of the Clean Water Act, 2006, municipalities will maintain source protection signs, designed by the Province in collaboration with the Source Protection Authority, on municipal roads. These signs should be placed, at a minimum, where municipal arterial roads are located within Wellhead Protection Areas with a vulnerability score of ten (10).
