Notwithstanding policy BC-CW-4.2, to ensure that any Existing handling and storage of non-agricultural source material in a WHPA-A or B with a vulnerability score equal to ten (10) ceases to be a significant drinking water threat, where this activity is a significant drinking water threat, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness shall review and, where necessary, amend Non-Agricultural Source Material (NASM) Plans under the Nutrient Management Act, 2002 to incorporate appropriate terms and conditions.

Monitoring Text:

(BC-CW-1.12): Where the Source Protection Plan policies may result in amendments to Prescribed Instruments or the issuance of a new Prescribed Instrument, the applicable ministry shall provide a summary of any actions taken the previous year to implement the policies and provide a written report summarizing this information to the Source Protection Authority by February 1st of each year.
