To ensure that any Existing or New:
i. outfall from stormwater management facility or stormwater management drainage system; or
ii. stormwater infiltration facility
cease to be, or never become, significant drinking water threats, where these activities are, or would be, significant drinking water threats, the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks shall prepare or review and, where necessary, amend Environmental Compliance Approvals to incorporate appropriate terms and conditions (for example, regular maintenance).
