To ensure that any Existing or Future use of land for outdoor confinement areas or farm-animal yards, for farms not phased in under the Nutrient Management Act, 2002 ceases to be, or never becomes, a significant drinking water threat, where this activity is, or would be, a significant drinking water threat, this activity is designated for the purposes of Section 58 of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and a Risk Management Plan shall be required.

CB-CW-1.8: The Risk Management Official shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken by the Risk Management Official to implement the Source Protection Plan policies, in accordance with the Clean Water Act, 2006 and associated regulations.
