To ensure the disposal of hazardous materials at waste disposal sites never becomes a significant drinking water threat, where this activity would be a significant drinking water threat, the City of Hamilton shall continue their established education and outreach programs on hazardous waste disposal and reduction of waste. The programs shall include messaging consistent with source water protection and the diligent use and disposal of substances.

CH-CW-1.4: The City of Hamilton shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken to implement the Source Protection Plan policies.
