To ensure existing and future septic systems cease to be, or never become, significant drinking water threats, where this activity is, or would be, a significant drinking water threat, the City of Hamilton shall implement a septic system maintenance inspection program subject to the requirements of the Ontario Building Code within vulnerable areas.

CH-CW-1.4: The City of Hamilton shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken to implement the Source Protection Plan policies.
