To ensure that any Existing or Future handling and storage of fuel ceases to be, or never becomes, a significant drinking water threat, where this activity is, or would be, a significant drinking water threat, the City of Hamilton shall develop and implement an education and outreach program for homeowners with home fuel oil tanks, regarding spill response and the method and timing for contacting the Spills Action Centre.

CH-CW-1.4: The City of Hamilton shall provide a report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year, summarizing the actions taken to implement the Source Protection Plan policies.
