Where former waste disposal sites are identified as conditions and significant drinking water threats, the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) should advise the Source Protection Authority of any changes known to MECP related to the level of contamination, contamination migration, and whether such changes may result in a drinking water issue.

Applicable Areas:
- Belleville IPZ 1 and 2 (Zwicks Park)
- Picton IPZ 2 (Delhi Park)

Effective Date: Within three years of the Plan, or any plan amendment, as applicable, taking effect.

The Ministry should prepare an annual summary of the actions it has taken to achieve the outcomes of this Source Protection Plan policy and make that report available to the Quinte Source Protection Authority February 1st each year.
