To ensure that any Future handling and storage of organic solvents more than 2,500 Litres per individual container on non-residential properties never becomes a significant drinking water threat, where this activity would be a significant drinking water threat, this activity is designated for the purpose of Section 57 of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and shall be prohibited.

Monitoring Text:

CB-CW-1.8: The Risk Management Official shall provide a
report to the Source Protection Authority, by February 1st of each year,
summarizing the actions taken by the Risk Management Official to implement the
Source Protection Plan policies, in accordance with the Clean Water
Act, 2006 and associated regulations.
